Administrative Assistant

Job Purpose:

Looking for an Administrative Assistant who is proficient in Excel, with good communication skills and have an ability to take initiative and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.

 

Dimensions:

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Provide overall office support activities, including sales and service support and coordination
2. Prepare scheduled reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and as required
3. Prepare memos for payments processing and settlements with accounts
4. Process warranty registrations
5. Keeping records to monitor division’s cars and demo units’ movement
6. Aid with inter-office concerns to the team
7. Order, receive, and store office supplies ensuring that supplies, ensuring a sufficient and readily available inventory
8. Prepare attendance records for payroll processing
9. Create and maintain an organize filing system to ensure quick and easy access to documents
10. Assist in events and activities planning and preparation
11. Take and prepare Minutes of Meeting
12. Prepare letters for interoffice correspondence
13. Make travel arrangements
14. Provide ad-hoc support around office as needed

 

Competencies, Skills & Proficiencies:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Good interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
• Arabic and Filipino Nationality

 

Salary Package: AED 5,000 to 6000
