Built-In Appliances Sales Manager

Reports to: Division Manager

Department: Project Division

External Interfaces: Coordinate with Clients, Banks, Insurance companies to provide complete and
smooth service to customers

Internal Interfaces: Coordinate with Sales, Finance and Logistics to provide complete and
smooth service to customers.

Job Summary:

The Built-In Appliances Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales and driving revenue growth in the built-in appliances category. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and ensuring that the committed targets are met or exceeded. The manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product, to optimize product offerings and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the built-in appliances category, aligning with overall company objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
  • Establish pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to drive sales and profitability.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key accounts, including retailers, distributors, and appliance showrooms.
  • Negotiate agreements, contracts, and terms to secure and expand partnerships.
  • Monitor account performance and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Forecast sales revenue accurately and develop sales forecasts based on market data and historical trends.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
  • Monitor customer reviews and ratings, taking action to enhance the customer experience.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, features, and technologies in the built-in appliances industry.
  • Provide product training to the sales team to ensure they can effectively communicate product benefits to customers.


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven experience in the built-in appliances category.
  • Strong understanding of the built-in appliances market, including product knowledge and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A results-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
