AC-Site Supervisor

Job requirements and description

• Site Supervisor with 3 to 4 Years UAE Experience.
• Computer literacy is a must: Basic skills of MS Office and email writing are mandatory.
• UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Qualification: Min. 3 year Diploma in Mechanical field.
• Planning and supervising projects such as installing air conditioning units and ventilation systems.
• Estimating labor man-hours for the project based on progress.
• Training employees in safe work practices and responding to safety concerns or accidents
• Coordinating with sub-contractors and client’s supervisory staff for smooth progress of projects.
• Must have strong problem-solving skills: Will  be responsible for overseeing the installation & troubleshooting of a new HVAC/electrical system or repairing an existing system.
• Effective communication skills in English is mandatory (Arabic is an added advantage).
• Technical skills: Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (especially VRV/VRF and DX/FAHU systems), electrical systems and plumbing.
• Knowledge of AC Installation (Multi V / VRF / Dx Machines / Package Machines
• Salary- AED 5000- 6000
