Inventory Controller

 

Job Description

  • Coordinating with Suppliers for price inquiries, availability, order placement and estimated time of delivery.
  • Coordinating with couriers and logistics team for shipment arrangement and tracking the deliveries/shipments.
  • Coordinating with sales staff for the requested price and availability.
  • Ensure timely processing of orders and updating estimated time of arrival to sales staff.
  • Performing system stock checks and reporting any issues to the supervisor/head of the department.
  • Analyzing demand requirements to ensure stock availability.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and replenishing stock as needed.
  • Performing initial stock ordering of parts for New Model Unit.
  • Supplier’s payment memo processing.
  • Maintaining and updating records of purchase orders, pricing reports, and inventory records.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to management to improve purchasing/inventory processes and procedures.

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience as Inventory Controller, Purchaser or in similar roles.
  • Excellent knowledge of inventory management and Supply Chain.
  • Understanding of inventory management practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Good analytical and logistical thinking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
