Sales Account Manager

Job Purpose

  • Sales.
  • Generate leads and establish new customers.
  • Sales collection.
  • Customer/Account Management.

 

KPI

  • Achieve Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Sales Targets.
  • Leads generation to customer qualification to opportunities to conversion/order closures.
  • Account Management & Customer retention.
  • Sales collection.
  • Solution orientation with new products initiative.

 

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Generate leads in products and solutions.
  • Initial requirements gathering and liaise with Pre-Sales & Technical for solution positioning.
  • Respond to RFP/Tender, Prepare Techno-Commercial proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts. Close orders. Sales collection. Develop healthy pipeline.
  • Manage customer accounts.
  • Manager reporting.

 

Competencies

  • Market contacts with ability to qualify leads and quickly convert to opportunities.
  • Presentation, justification & convincing skills with reasonable order closure rates.
  • To be a quick learner with adaptability and solution positioning.
  • Confident & Out Going with effective communication & follow ups skills.
