Sales Account Manager
Job Purpose
- Sales.
- Generate leads and establish new customers.
- Sales collection.
- Customer/Account Management.
KPI
- Achieve Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Sales Targets.
- Leads generation to customer qualification to opportunities to conversion/order closures.
- Account Management & Customer retention.
- Sales collection.
- Solution orientation with new products initiative.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Generate leads in products and solutions.
- Initial requirements gathering and liaise with Pre-Sales & Technical for solution positioning.
- Respond to RFP/Tender, Prepare Techno-Commercial proposals.
- Negotiate contracts. Close orders. Sales collection. Develop healthy pipeline.
- Manage customer accounts.
- Manager reporting.
Competencies
- Market contacts with ability to qualify leads and quickly convert to opportunities.
- Presentation, justification & convincing skills with reasonable order closure rates.
- To be a quick learner with adaptability and solution positioning.
- Confident & Out Going with effective communication & follow ups skills.
