Job Purpose:

• The primary purpose of a Maintenance Lift Salesman is to actively promote and sell maintenance and service contracts for elevators and escalators.
• This role is essential for driving revenue growth, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring the safety and functionality of vertical transportation systems.
• The Maintenance Lift Salesman is responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their unique maintenance needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those requirements.
• This position requires a combination of technical expertise, strong sales skills, and a customer-centric approach to achieve business objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Achieve yearly AMC sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with building owners, facility managers, and property management companies to understand their elevator and escalator maintenance requirements.
• Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of elevator and escalator systems, including their maintenance needs, safety standards, and performance enhancements.
• Prepare accurate and competitive quotes for maintenance contracts, taking into consideration the scope of work, parts, and labor required.
• Engage in negotiation and contract discussions with clients to secure long-term service agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Scout new areas for enquiry for AMC.
• Call, Email and visit clients, consultant & main-contractor for new jobs.
• Submission of proposals & contracts.
• Follow-up with the payments.
• Collection of payment and achieve monthly collection targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in sales, especially in the elevator maintenance or building services industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of elevator and escalator systems, maintenance best practices, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
