E-Commerce Executive

Job Overview:  Electronic Commerce (E-Commerce) Executive should contribute to the growth of the online business of our organization. The individual is responsible for enhancing the customer experience, executing customer order fulfilment, and maintaining the technology and infrastructure. This role also involves analyzing data from market and consumer studies to generate commercial insights, managing relationships with partners and ensuring seamless end-to-end integration of the e-commerce business. Working in a fast-paced, digitally-centric environment, this person should be an energetic, collaborative and results-oriented self-starter who is technologically savvy, organized and able to operate well in a team under pressure.

 

Duties and Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:

  • Managing the business on marketplace channels like souq.com (Amazon), noon.com and own e-commerce websites..etc. which includes product listing and cataloging, management of seller accounts, dealing with category managers, customer returns, designing promotional deals and offers, handling customer complaints, logistic control including product packing etc.
  • Managing day to day operations like order processing, invoicing, inventory control, stock transfers and prepare orders.
  • Maintaining accuracy of inventory listed online.
  • Hunt for new opportunities by finding and winning new accounts and expanding relationships with the most well-known brand manufacturers.
  • Develop, maintain and enhance meaningful relationships with decision-makers and influencers at various levels.
  • Online Catalogue Management including title, descriptions and images.
  • Follow up and coordination with marketing team internally by ensuring the contents are created and updated on time.
  • Order monitoring from enquiry, payment and delivery.
  • Develop and manage timely and proactive response and/or processes with customer service issues/ enquiries.
  • Generation and analysis of key sales reports in order to gain insight on product performance, identify potential sale improvement areas, etc
  • Familiar with SEO, Keywords, Digital Marketing etc.
  • Processing and analyzing customer returns in order to improve performance.
  • Negotiate and close contract renewals/expansions, ensuring the company’s goals, renewal goals, and individual quota goals are all achieved.
  • Provide strategic account management ensuring products & solutions support driving short-term and long-term customer business objectives.
  • Develop and execute account strategies.
  • Provide ‘one face to the customer’ for products and services.
  • Coordinate and consult with internal matrix partners to deliver the right solution(s) to solve specific customer problems and achieve customer business objectives.
  • Identify solution enhancements or innovations to best serve & anticipate customer/industry needs.

 

 

 

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business related field, Masters’ degree preferred
  • Experience in ALIBABA is a must and automotive spare parts is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS. Excel and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Self-driven
  • 2-3 years’ experience in E-commerce is required.
  • Basic Photoshop skills
  • Experience in CMS such as Open cart a, Woocommerce and Word press etc..
  • Up-to-date with the latest digital trends, especially ones related to e-commerce capabilities
  • Content writing capabilities is preferred.
  • Regional experience in the UAE
  • Previous successful hands-on products sale experience
  • The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced team oriented environments

  • The ability to establish and maintain executive-level relationships

  • Good data interpretation and organizational skills
